At Anchor & Archive, we carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your selected delivery method and location.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Anchor & Archive is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number in the first instance.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Anchor & Archive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 10 days of delivery.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@anchorandarchive.com.au, and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
