Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and pricing.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Can I update my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to amend it.
Is the Peace of Mind Folder a legal document?
No. The Peace of Mind Folder and Life Plan Booklet are organisational and planning tools only. They do not replace legal advice, wills, or any formal legal documentation. We strongly recommend seeking professional legal advice where appropriate.
Can the Life Plan Booklet be purchased separately?
Yes. It can be purchased on its own or as an additional copy for your Peace of Mind Folder.
Do I need to complete everything at once?
Not at all. Our products are designed to be completed gradually, in your own time.
Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@anchorandarchive.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.
