Refund & Returns Policy

At Anchor & Archive, we take great care in creating and packaging each product. We hope you feel that same care when your order arrives.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and specifications carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to assist at hello@anchorandarchive.com.au.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund where required.

We may request the item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. If a return is required due to a confirmed fault or damage, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalise the transaction.
